Customer Reviews
solid choice for email marketing
i was just checking out mailchimp's pricing last week, trying to figure out how much it would cost me per month. i'm using their free tier for my small list right now and it's pretty robust for an Email Marketing Platform. it's great for getting started, but i know i'll need to upgrade eventually. i kinda wish they offered more public promo codes, since it seems like the big discounts are mostly for non-profits. still, compared to something like constant contact, it feels like a better value overall for what you get.
Email platform is great
I signed up for the free plan to test out the Email Marketing Platform and it worked perfectly for my small list. Setting up my first campaign was easy, and the Mobile App made checking stats on the go a breeze. I'll definitely be upgrading to a paid plan soon!
Good value overall
I was looking for a new email service and decided to try Mailchimp because of the free plan for smaller lists. I'm always trying to save money where I can. I signed up for the Essentials plan eventually, taking advantage of the annual billing discount. It felt like a solid choice for the price, especially compared to some competitors I looked at. The Content Optimizer tool was a nice bonus too, helped me tweak my emails a bit before sending.
Consistent performance
I've been using Mailchimp for a while now, mostly for their Email Marketing Platform and the Marketing Automation features. This last time, I specifically focused on using the Customer Journey Builder for a new product launch, and it performed as reliably as always. I've tried other platforms before, but I keep coming back because their tools just work. The campaign reports are always detailed and easy to understand too, which is a big help for tracking how things are going. No big surprises this time around, just solid service, which is exactly what I need.

i'm just starting out, only have a few hundred contacts. is mailchimp free for really small lists?
I'm thinking about getting Mandrill for transactional emails. Is it still part of Mailchimp, or did they split it off or something?
thinking of switching from Constant Contact to Mailchimp. is it really that much better, especially for like, an e-commerce store?
hey quick question, i run a small non-profit. do they offer any kind of discount for organizations like mine?
